Many of the rooms and treatment areas have recently undergone a renovation, a spacious playroom has been created for children. The reception area of the hotel has also been completely renovated. The pub and restaurant have received new stylishly designed hall areas, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the lake. The updated foyer provides stunning views of nature from two floors, and several cozy relaxation corners have been added.

The Pühajärve spa center consists of two parts: the former rehabilitation center has evolved into a modern and cozy health spa, where peace and relaxation for body and soul are offered with luxurious spa treatments. Additionally, services are provided by a cosmetologist and a hairdresser.
There is activity at Pühajärve every day – in the house, there are bowling, gym and swimming pool; around the hotel, there are plenty of ski and hiking trails as well as a full-sized golf course.
