Under the guidance of the head chef Janek Villermann amazing flavor combinations are created that can delight even the most demanding palate. The recipes have been accumulated through the head chef's 20 years of work experience as well as culinary experiences gathered during travels. Throughout this time, Janek has managed to try various combinations of spices and ingredients, and he believes that it is the skillful and innovative use of these in the kitchen that reveals new previously hidden flavors, even in very familiar dishes.
